## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Counsel, Structured Finance to join our legal team as a primary legal advisor to FalconX’s credit businesses. In this high-impact role, you will provide strategic legal guidance on all aspects of digital asset lending, margin, borrowing, and other credit-related activities. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Markets, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to support new product development, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal risk in a rapidly evolving market.

## What they're looking for

- J.D. from an accredited law school, active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 4 - 7 years of relevant legal experience, with significant time spent advising on credit, lending, or structured finance matters for financial institutions, fintechs, or digital asset firms
- Deep understanding of secured lending, margin, and collateral management practices
- Familiarity with UCC Article 9, bankruptcy/insolvency regimes, and digital asset custody considerations
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex credit and collateral documentation
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape for digital assets and/or traditional credit products
