As Director of Sales, Electronic Trading, you will found and lead our Electronic Trading Sales franchise. Your clients will be hedge funds, quant and systematic funds, market makers, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and banks. ## What they're looking for

- 10+ years in Electronic Trading Sales at a bank, broker-dealer, prime broker, exchange, or trading venue. Your coverage should have been electronic and algorithmic clients
- A large, established book of electronic trading clients, and the credibility to bring meaningful flow with you
- A builder's mindset. You have launched a desk, product, or coverage model, or you want to and have the judgment to do it well
- Strong technical fluency. You can discuss FIX and API connectivity, latency, execution quality, TCA, and market microstructure with sophisticated users
- Existing relationships with hedge funds, quant and systematic funds, market makers, or prop trading firms
- Leadership experience, or a clear readiness to lead and hire. You are a player-coach
