## About the role

Fanatics is seeking a strategic, influential, and highly experienced communications leader to join its Global Communications Team as Director, Internal Communications. This role will be responsible for developing and leading the company's internal communications strategy, driving employee engagement, executive communications, organizational change initiatives, and culture-building programs across a global workforce.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, including experience advising senior executives
- Demonstrated success developing and leading enterprise-wide communications strategies within complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders on sensitive, high-visibility communications matters
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences, channels, and business objectives
- Experience leading communications for organizational change, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, or other large-scale initiatives
