## About the role

Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of progressive experience with UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) or similar enterprise workforce management systems, including prior leadership or project ownership experience
- Deep expertise in pay rule configuration, scheduling, accrual management, and workforce compliance
- Strong technical acumen, including experience with integrations (APIs, Boomi or middleware platforms), data structures, and advanced Excel, SQL knowledge preferred
- Proven ability to lead system implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing team members
