Fanatics Gift Card Business sells over 200 different gift cards through tens of thousands of ecomm and physical stores in more than 10 countries, serving our clients’ fandom aspirations around gifting, self-rewarding, and business needs — and materially scaling it is a strategic priority for the company.

## What they're looking for

- 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or a related field, experience in gift cards, payments, fintech, or e-commerce is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic frameworks and translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, comfortable working with large datasets and building compelling, insight-driven narratives
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to, engaging, and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
