## About the role

As the Senior Manager of Protective Services, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to ensure the safety and protection of our executive team, whether at home, work, or traveling worldwide. Ideal candidates are experienced executive protection professionals who prioritize customer service, loyalty, discretion, and teamwork. Successful candidates will offer a high level of experience in discrete protective security operations while demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

## What they're looking for

- Must have a minimum of 10+ years of related (EP) and security experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Must have an active HR-218 credential
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in protective operations to include contingency planning, counter-surveillance, basic medical response, protective intelligence, and security driving tactics
- Familiarity with security technologies, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and screening equipment
- Strong understanding of industry specific legislations and compliance requirements
- Good physical fitness and knowledge of realistic self-defense tactics is preferred
