## About the role

We’re looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive Predicts’ new customer acquisition, optimize our end to end conversion funnel, and maximize our FanDuel referral ecosystem. Reporting into the Growth Senior Manager, you’ll own our “Fix the Funnel” conversion optimization and help build an industry-leading Unified Refer-a-Friend program, whilst also supporting our always-on Headline Offer testing agenda and roadmap.

## What they're looking for

- Design and run rapid test-and-learn programs across the growth function – hypotheses, A/B tests, and cohort readouts – to continuously lift registration-to-activation conversion
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Creative to optimize RAF performance and reward mechanics, and help build the playbook for scaling referral across the Predicts One App
- Translate complex funnel, referral, and offer performance into clear, actionable insight and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, guiding where the team focuses and acts
- 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with a focus on conversion optimization, funnel/lifecycle, or consumer acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
