## About the role

FanDuel is looking for a Predicts Business Manager to help build go-to-market commercial strategy and contribute to key strategic initiatives for the Predicts business. This is a highly collaborative and highly visible role, as you will work closely with several cross-functional teams and report directly to the Commercial Senior Director.

- Go-To-Market Sport Strategies: Partner with marketing teams to craft effective & creative, data-driven strategies for each key sport season and tentpole event
- Project Management: Lead and manage key strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of commercial projects
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support junior members of the Commercial team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development
- 5+ years’ experience working in strategy, consulting, or a related commercial field
- Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration (Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Experience developing action plans or leading initiatives based on the consumer insight data
