This leadership role will drive the vision and strategy to evolve Technology Operations through an AI-first approach, optimizing across the full operational lifecycle—from proactive service reliability and operational readiness, to change and release management, incident response and detection, and continuous service improvement.

- Drive adoption of AI-enabled auto-healingand triage capabilities that detect and automatically resolve predictable operational issues before they impact customers, improving reliability and reducing manual intervention
