## What they're looking for

- Serve as a senior, advisor-facing resource for ad-hoc consultations, providing expert portfolio analysis, transition strategies, and actionable insights to support client acquisition and retention
- Execute complex investment analysis, model building, and thorough post-call support work to ensure advisors are equipped with data-driven narratives
- Interface regularly with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to guide the development of internal investment tools
- Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and development support to junior members of the Investment Strategy team as the group scales
- CFA designation (or equivalent), with an advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Extensive experience as a client-facing portfolio manager, investment strategist, or senior analyst within an RIA, wirehouse, or multi-asset team
