## About the role

We're looking for a Software Engineer, Test Infrastructure (SETI) to help build the systems that keep our TypeScript codebase fast to test, easy to trust, and safe to ship. This is not your average Test / SETI role. You'll focus on developer experience, designing tools, frameworks, platform work and pipelines that elevate the productivity and confidence of engineers working across both frontend and backend systems.

## What they're looking for

- Build intelligent CI/CD pipelines that run tests efficiently through advanced techniques like file-change tracking, smart test selection, and parallelization strategies
- Develop sophisticated utilities for mocking APIs, stubbing external services, and spinning up isolated testing environments that mirror production conditions
- Monitor test reliability and performance metrics to continuously drive improvements in feedback speed and signal quality across all engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure code is testable, traceable, and properly instrumented to build confidence in our deployments
- Create comprehensive documentation and onboard teams to best practices in test architecture and optimized developer workflows
- Drive key technical decisions for testing infrastructure that supports our critical trading systems and portfolio management platform
