## About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer (Quality Systems Engineer) to support our manufacturing operations at our Erie Facility located in Fairview, PA. This position will focus on ISO 9001 compliance, conducting internal audits, maintaining quality documentation, and driving quality improvements across plastic injection molding and tooling operations.

- Conduct internal ISO 9001 audits and support external certification and customer audits
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, audit records, and corrective action tracking using Microsoft Excel
- Identify and resolve manufacturing quality issues related to plastic injection molding, tooling, and production processes
- Lead or support root cause analysis, nonconformance investigations, and corrective actions
- Monitor quality metrics, including scrap, rework, defects, and customer complaints
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Tooling teams to improve process consistency and product quality
