## About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Content & Social who will play a dual role in crafting high-impact written content and ensuring its effective distribution across key channels—primarily social media. This person will be responsible for writing, editing, and refining content that supports thought leadership, executive positioning, and industry engagement while owning the strategy for how that content reaches and resonates with our audiences.

- 5+ years of experience in content writing, copy editing, social media strategy, and/or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different formats and audiences
- Ability to leverage large language models (LLMs) (like GPT-4, Claude, etc.) within your team's workflow to make work faster and more efficient
- Ability to context switch between multiple brands while maintaining alignment with a single North Star goal
