## About the role

We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff to help build and scale our core mobile experience on Android. You’ll play a critical role in developing high-performance, real-time features for a rapidly growing user base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, cares deeply about product quality, and has experience shipping and scaling native Android applications used by millions.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- Proven track record of shipping multiple native Android applications to the Google Play Store
- Experience building and scaling large-scale applications supporting millions of users
- Deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose, and the Android SDK
- Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.)
- Experience with modern networking stacks (GraphQL, gRPC, and REST) and building real-time features on streaming transports (WebRTC, WebSockets, LiveKit, and Agora)
