We’re looking for a Recruiter & People Operations to help us build and support the team as favorited grows. This role will split time between recruiting and people operations, giving you the opportunity to both bring exceptional talent into the company and create the systems and experiences that help our employees thrive.

## What they're looking for

- 3 - 8 years of experience in recruiting, people operations, HR, or a combination of these functions
- Experience recruiting for consumer-focused technology companies, ideally startups
- Strong recruiting experience across technical and/or product-oriented roles
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep processes moving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
