## About the role

Feanix is looking for a Dairy Support Specialist to work directly with our dairy customers and help ensure they get real, measurable value from our product. This is a unique role that combines dairy expertise, customer support, herd management software, data quality, and hands-on problem solving . You will be one of the primary people our farmers rely on when they have a question, something doesn't look right, or they need help understanding and acting on a Feanix recommendation.

## What they're looking for

- Meaningful hands-on experience working with commercial dairy operations
- Strong understanding of dairy production, herd management, and dairy economics, including the operational and financial impact of breeding, culling, replacement, production, and herd-management decisions
- Herd management software fluency, including the ability to investigate and diagnose data or configuration issues
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or similarly fast-moving, high-growth environment, with comfort operating through ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving processes
- Credibility and confidence working directly with dairy owners, managers, and herdsmen
- Experience in a farmer-facing, field support, dairy operations, technical support, consulting, or similar role
