## About the role

We're hiring a Director of Procure-to-Pay to own our full P2P lifecycle — Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense — as one connected function. You'll build out a formal procurement capability from the ground up while leading our existing AP and T&E teams, creating a seamless process from vendor sourcing all the way through payment. ## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience across Procurement, AP, and/or T&E, with a track record of building or significantly scaling a procurement function — not just running one that's already in place
- People management experience, ideally leading AP and/or T&E teams
- Strong systems fluency with modern P2P, ERP, or contract lifecycle tools
- A track record of negotiating vendor contracts and driving real savings
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building process where little exists today
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — you'll work closely with Finance leadership and teams across the business
