## About the role

We're looking for a high-performing sales leader to drive sponsorship revenue across Fever's global portfolio of live experiences. In this role you will identify, develop, and close partnerships with leading brands and agencies, selling integrated sponsorship programs across our rapidly growing slate of Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, immersive experiences, concerts, and official partnerships.

## What they're looking for

- You bring 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media sales, or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- You have an established network of brand marketers, agency partners, and senior decision-makers across multiple industry verticals
- You are a natural business developer with exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, and are comfortable leading complex, six- and seven-figure sales conversations
- You are an outstanding communicator and presenter, capable of delivering compelling pitches to C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- You combine creative thinking with commercial acumen to develop partnership solutions that deliver value for both clients and Fever
