## What they're looking for

- Significant experience developing large-scale live entertainment, touring productions or immersive experiences
- Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong narrative-led creative approach
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other graphic design and 3D rendering tools
- Deep understanding of music-driven experiences, show pacing and synchronisation
- Experience with cinematic storytelling, including scripting, storyboarding and visual sequencing
- Experience creating immersive, location-based entertainment and large-scale public experiences
