## About the role

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage a small, yet fast-growing team of Account Executives covering a US region within Fever for Business, based out of our Chicago office. You'll be responsible for the region's revenue performance, coaching your AEs to consistently exceed targets, and acting as a player-coach who can jump into strategic deals when it matters most. ## What they're looking for

- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE, or similar a plus)
- Prior experience managing or leading a sales team, with a track record of coaching reps to hit and exceed targets
- Proven individual track record in B2B sales before moving into people leadership
- Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar sales methodologies preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable jumping into deals directly
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who is comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
