## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, MBA or advanced technical degree a plus
- 8–12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supplier/partner development, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with meaningful exposure to contract manufacturing or outsourced production
- Demonstrated experience structuring, negotiating, or managing joint ventures, strategic alliances, or major capacity partnerships in a manufacturing context
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, casting, additive manufacturing, or similar) and quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or equivalent)
- Strong commercial acumen — experience with contract negotiation, pricing models, and partnership economics
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
