## About the role

As an Audit Methodology Lead, you will play a key role in shaping Fieldguide’s methodology integrations. You will act as the bridge between our audit methodology partners and ensuring our agentic platform delivers accurate, contextual, and explainable methodology that auditors can trust and that meets the requirements of audit standards.

## What they're looking for

- CPA required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong expertise in AICPA auditing standards (GAAS), PCAOB and audit methodology
- Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools, audit methodologies, templates, or workpapers
- Working knowledge of quality control/quality management standards (e.g., SQMS 1, PCAOB QC standards) as they relate to methodology and audit documentation
- Ability to translate professional standards into structured workflows and logic
