- Own the key cross functional business meetings, from planning through to follow through
- Own the company facing business narrative across recurring business updates, companywide meetings, and leadership presentations
- Drive decisions to closure, tracking owners and deadlines out of leadership meetings and escalating when things slip
- Own independent strategic and ad-hoc projects end to end, from framing the question through to a recommendation the business can act on
- Act as program manager for major cross functional initiatives, driving scope, sequencing, and delivery across teams you do not manage
- Stand in for the VP where their presence is not required, and work across every function in the business
