## About the role

We're hiring a capital markets professional to drive business development across both sides of our marketplace: sourcing and structuring assets off-chain, and building investor demand on-chain. Coverage spans Figure Connect, Figure Markets, $YLDS, Home Equity, and Automobile.

## What they're looking for

- Develop and own relationships with asset originators and sellers on the supply side, support deal sourcing through structuring and execution
- Build and deepen investor and counterparty relationships on the demand side, including on-chain distribution channels
- Partner with internal capital markets, product, and legal teams to move opportunities from first conversation to closed transaction
- Serve as an internal resource on market conditions, pricing, and counterparty feedback
- Own post-close transaction operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, and reconciliation to ensure accurate investor and originator cash flows
