## About the role

As Director, Digital Assets Financial Operations, you will own the day-to-day financial operations behind Figure’s digital asset business. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets, and Product, ensuring that every on-chain and off-chain movement of value is executed accurately, reconciled completely, and controlled tightly. You will build the scalable processes and controls that allow a public company to operate digital assets at institutional standards.

## What they're looking for

- 8-12 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, accounting, controllership, or investment banking, including 2-3 years of digital assets industry experience
- Strong accounting foundation and command of the financial statements
- Experience owning financial operations for digital assets, including custody, wallets, settlement, and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of digital asset accounting under U.S. GAAP, including fair value measurement and related disclosures
- Excellent attention to detail and a track record of building process where none exists
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences
