## About the role

Figure is hiring a Director, Revenue Accounting to lead accounting across Figure's technology and lending revenue and the balance sheet accounts that go with it — loans, receivables, and related reserves. You'll own core close processes, build scalable infrastructure, and partner cross-functionally to support a rapidly growing platform, with the loan accounting function reporting into you.

- Own the balance sheet accounts tied to that revenue — loans, accounts receivable, and reserves — ensuring they're accurately valued, reconciled, and supported
- Accountable for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial statements, ensure all revenue and related balance sheet positions are well supported and audit ready documentation at every close
- Design accounting frameworks and policies that are built to scale, anticipating the needs of a growing business, not just solving for today
