## About the role

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Figure, you will create the first conversation with our largest prospective partners. You will work a named account list rather than a shared lead queue, so you get to know a defined set of companies well and build a point of view on why Figure matters to each one.

## What they're looking for

- Qualify inbound and outbound interest against fit, timing, and who else needs to be in the room. Hand the AE the context behind the meeting, not just the calendar invite
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, target lists, and conferences. Build the list ahead of an event and follow up on every conversation the team has onsite
- Keep the CRM accurate. Flag stale contacts, wrong titles, and duplicate accounts so the team is not working off records that no longer hold
