## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Counsel to innovate at the intersection of crypto and securities law at Figure, a Nasdaq-listed financial technology company building financial markets on blockchain.

## What they're looking for

- Support YLDS and related stablecoin initiatives, including compliance with the GENIUS Act framework and its interplay with SEC-registered yield-bearing structures
- Counsel on custody, digital wallets, smart contracts, public blockchain protocol matters (including Provenance-based infrastructure), and cross-border considerations for a global marketplace
- Negotiate financial and trading agreements, including prime brokerage, trading, lending, custody, and market-maker arrangements
- Partner with Compliance on AML/sanctions considerations for digital asset products and with Marketing on compliant product communications
- Build relationships with ecosystem participants, banking partners, and affiliates
