## About the role

• Contribute to the design and evolution of the AI orchestration layer, building durable, fault-tolerant agentic workflows using Temporal activities and ReAct reasoning loops powered by pydantic -ai and Claude . • Deliver features across their complete lifecycle — from design and prototyping through implementation, pytest/syrupy snapshot testing, GitLab CI/CD deployment via Octopus Deploy, and New Relic APM post-launch monitoring.

## What they're looking for

- • 6+ years of professional backend development experience with expert-level mastery of Python (3.12+), async/await, FastAPI , and Pydantic v2
- • Proven production experience building complex, distributed systems — ideally including durable workflow orchestration (Temporal or equivalent), message queues, or event-driven architectures
- • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate agentic design decisions, reliability trade-offs, and LLM behavior to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- • Growth mindset, strong collaborative approach, genuine passion for mentoring others, and proven track record of delivering high-impact features end-to-end in fast-moving production environments
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred — equivalent experience, certifications, or demonstrated expertise with a strong production track record considered equally
