Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – North America & Asia Pacific Japan- GTM We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM to join Filigran on a fixed-term/RPO basis and support our continued growth across North America & APJ regions.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience , with significant experience recruiting GTM/commercial profiles in the United States
- Strong track record recruiting roles across Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, or similar GTM functions
- Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities , particularly for senior and passive candidates
- Strong understanding of the US technology talent market
- Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or another complex technical environment is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently across multiple searches
