Expand relationships that accelerate next‑generation therapies. As FUJIFILM Biotechnologies’ Account Director for Advanced Therapies, you will unlock growth across a portfolio of strategic biopharma accounts—expanding scope, deepening partnerships, and aligning our global network’s capabilities to program needs.

## What they're looking for

- Own retention and expansion: Deliver net revenue retention and expansion targets within a defined portfolio, identify whitespace and drive cross‑sell/upsell across the CGT value chain
- Lead executive account strategy: Build multi‑year account plans and QBRs with R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders, establish executive sponsorship and governance
- Translate science to value: Position capabilities spanning process and analytical development, tech transfer, scale‑up, GMP manufacturing, QC/release testing, comparability, and PPQ
- Navigate complex commercial constructs: Shape and negotiate MSA/SOW/QoA, pricing frameworks, and change controls, align scope, risk, and timelines with capacity and quality requirements
- Drive disciplined execution: Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and stage conversion, keep systems and leadership current with data‑driven updates and risks/mitigations
- Represent the brand: Lead presence at priority conferences and tradeshows, convert visibility into qualified expansion opportunities
