## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, CPA or CMA and/or advanced degree preferred
- 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, public accounting experience preferred
- Experience with both a private and public biotech/pharma company preferred
- Financial leadership experience preferred
- Exceptional MS Office suite of products skills, especially Excel
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS experience is also preferred
