## About the role

As a Mechanical Engineer III, you will solve mechanical design issues to improve the quality of complex ultrasound systems, establishing, and implementing innovative modifications of existing designs to reduce costs while still maintaining quality.

## What they're looking for

- BS in mechanical engineering from an accredited institute
- 4-6 years’ experience in mechanical design working with injection-molded plastics, magnesium and aluminum die-casting, aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, thermal management and EMI / RFI shielding
- Proficiency with SolidWorks software
- Understand strain/stress issues on printed circuit boards on which RoHS-compliant components are installed
- Experience in 3D drawings generation, review and able to modify the drawings to solve quality issues
- Experience in thermal analysis and solutions to solve thermal issues
