## About the role

The Operations Business Analyst plays a key role in managing large data sets from multiple sources, thinks critically, draws conclusions based upon sound data interpretation and input from others, and provides insights and recommendations to the Operations team.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, demand planning, or similar cross-functional roles
- Working knowledge of ERP and demand forecasting systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and VBA (a plus)
