Own Finch's website end-to-end—design and ship the homepage, solution pages, and landing pages, making conversion-focused decisions and sharpening brand storytelling alongside marketing, product design, and engineering. Lead paid advertising creative across paid social, display, and partner channels—concepting, producing, and iterating on ad creative directly with growth.

- Are ready to trade client rotations for deep ownership —building and evolving one brand end-to-end
