## About the role

Own invoicing, banking, and cash/investment optimization end-to-end – no more founder sign-off on routine finance ops. Build and own our debt and credit strategy, including evaluating financing structures as we scale to and through our next phase of growth.

## What they're looking for

- You're a strategic finance operator, not a controller – you shape decisions in the room, not just report on them after
- You have debt and credit fluency, or the demonstrated speed to build it fast – this isn't optional through our next phase of growth
- You've directly owned invoicing, banking, and cash/investment optimization at a prior company, with the maturity to run it independently
- You have a track record of stepping up – senior manager/director-level FP&A or controllership at scale, now ready to own a function solo (or, earlier in your career, 2–3 years as an M&A banker with a track record of early promotion)
- You have a growth mindset, not a guardrails mindset – you build systems that let a company move fast, and your default isn't "no"
