Our integration network with hundreds of HRIS and payroll systems is the foundation of this infrastructure, and we're looking for a Product Manager to lead its strategy, development, and execution.

## What they're looking for

- Own and evolve Finch's HR & Pay integrations across auth, coverage expansion, writeback, and data sync - critical building blocks of our platform
- Partner closely with Engineering to shape the strategy for integration architecture and data sync infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high performance, and reliability
- Define and track key product metrics and use data to inform decisions, prioritization, and success criteria
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align customer feedback with product development
- Champion developer experience by delivering clear documentation, easy onboarding, and fast issue resolution
- Stay ahead of industry trends in APIs, data platforms, and developer tooling to ensure Finch remains best-in-class
