## About the role

As the People Operations Partner, you’ll have a meaningful impact by supporting our Finixians to succeed in their roles by being the first point of contact for questions and coordinating critical people programs. This role will report directly to the VP of People and Talent. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance, Business Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to support ongoing projects and deliver strategic people support.

## What they're looking for

- Someone who has done most of this. 2+ years of People Ops experience, preferably in a high-growth organization
- Knowledgeable of the law. Well-versed in local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- A fan of technology. You understand the need for tech to support scale and a human to guide the way. And excited about AI
- One who sweats the small stuff. You know details matter and love tying up loose ends
- Excited about numbers and spreadsheets. You can whip up a pivot table, chart, or graph with ease to tell a story or share insights
- A hustler who can get stuff done while faced with competing priorities
