## About the role

We’re hiring a Community/Events Lead to build Finta’s presence inside the YC founder community. This is not a generic growth role. You will not be running paid ads, SEO, lifecycle campaigns, or broad demand gen.

## What they're looking for

- Host high-quality events for YC founders, including dinners, roundtables, office hours, happy hours, and tactical finance sessions
- Build targeted invite lists based on batch, stage, company type, funding status, and finance needs
- Write outbound emails that founders actually reply to
- Partner with startup ecosystem companies to co-host founder events
- Own event execution end to end: concept, guest list, venue, invites, reminders, run of show, experience, and follow-up
- Build real relationships with founders, not transactional lead-gen funnels
