## About the role

We're looking for Technical Recruiters to own full-cycle hiring within a focused area of our engineering and research org. Each recruiter goes deep on a single domain. You'll partner directly with the founders and engineering leaders in your area to hire the researchers, systems engineers, or infrastructure experts who make Fireworks run. This is a high-ownership role at a company where great hiring is a direct competitive advantage, the talent you bring in will shape the product and the company.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or in AI/ML, infrastructure, or deep-tech
- A track record of closing senior and hard-to-fill engineering or research roles in a competitive market
- Strong technical fluency, you understand engineering roles, tech stacks, and can hold credible conversations with technical candidates and hiring managers
- Fluency with modern AI-powered sourcing/screening tools, comfortable with Ashby
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and genuine care for candidate experience
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing, high-bar environment
