## About the role

The Vice President, Investment Operations Solution Leader is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a Tier 1 Investment Operations product portfolio. This executive will drive product vision, operational excellence, and business outcomes while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and client needs. The role owns the product strategy, roadmap execution, governance framework, and performance against financial and operational objectives, including P&L accountability.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of leadership experience within Investment Operations, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale product strategies and complex operational transformations
- Proven success managing executive stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions
- Strong knowledge of investment operations workflows, operational controls, governance practices, and regulatory considerations
