## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning using programming languages such as Python or R to build and deploy models in production environments, preferably in cybersecurity, fraud, or risk domains
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques, including handling class imbalance common in threat and fraud detection use cases
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines that ingest, transform, and operationalize large-scale structured and unstructured data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional/military experience
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
