## What they're looking for

- Work directly with engineering teams to shape practical, secure, scalable, and maintainable solution designs across application, data, cloud, integration, API, microservices, and platform layers
- Review design options, technical trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and implementation approaches, while helping remove technical ambiguity, resolve design conflicts, and support teams through implementation challenges
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale technology engineering, architecture, design, and implementation, including hands-on advisory experience in complex transformation programs
- 7+ years of experience with the Java technology stack, including Java/Spring Boot-based application architecture, APIs, and microservices
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future, with the ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- 1+ year of experience with event streaming platforms and patterns, including Kafka-based event processing, pub/sub architecture, event-driven integration, and real-time data flows
