## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership for enterprise systems with ownership of design, mentoring, and delivery accountability
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with InterSystems Cache and/or InterSystems IRIS, including strong ObjectScript development and support expertise
- 3+ years of experience building and supporting high-performance, data-centric applications with SQL, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, and operational readiness in IRIS/Cache environments
- 2+ years of Agile delivery experience using Scrum or Kanban, including story refinement, estimation, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and participation in production support or incident response
