## About the role

The Regional Head of Implementation & Integration is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading Fiserv's APAC Implementation, Integration, and Technical Account Management functions. This leader will oversee the successful delivery of enterprise client onboarding, solution implementations, API integrations, certification, go-live readiness, hypercare, and service transition across the region.

## What they're looking for

- 12+ years of experience in Payments, Fintech, Merchant Acquiring, Banking Technology, or Financial Services
- 7+ years leading regional implementation, integration, professional services, project management, or client delivery teams
- Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programmes, complex integrations, and cross-functional delivery organisations
- Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple APAC markets
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills
- Strong project and programme management expertise with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
