## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in complex solution sales, relationship management, or client-facing business development, including responsibility for account strategies and plans
- 3+ years of experience managing relationships with senior leaders or executive-level client stakeholders
- Experience managing an account portfolio that includes contract renewals, client retention, revenue growth, and identification of expansion opportunities
- Experience using customer relationship management tools to document client activity, manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance against sales targets
