## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or related roles supporting banking, financial technology, core banking platforms, branch operations, or enterprise software products
- 6+ years of experience leading complex product initiatives, roadmap planning, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, or delivery execution in a matrixed organization
- 6+ years of experience translating client needs, operational workflows, business strategy, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and delivery priorities
- Experience supporting financial institution operations, including branch servicing, teller workflows, account opening, customer or member servicing, or core-connected banking processes
- Experience communicating product strategy, business value, risks, dependencies, and decisions to executive, technical, operational, and client-facing audiences
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking dependencies, and maintaining alignment across teams and stakeholders
