## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of software development experience delivering enterprise applications, frameworks or APIs
- 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and REST API development
- 3+ years of experience leading architecture, technical design or software engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing Jenkins-based deployment workflows
- 2+ years of experience deploying applications to PKS clusters or similar Kubernetes-based environments
