## About the role

Five9 is seeking an experienced commercial attorney for our in-house Transactions Legal Team within the Legal and Compliance organization. In this role, you will be pivotal in enabling Five9’s revenue growth by supporting the company’s sales and commercial operations. Your work will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements for our cloud center platform, AI-enabled services, data processing, and security offerings.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 7+ years of combined of law firm and in-house legal department experience
- 4+ years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements in a high pressure technology sales environment
- Significant experience with negotiating SaaS, cloud, and other technology agreements
- Experience addressing issues in telecommunications, data privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
