## About the role

Every clinic we bring on is its own project: a new EHR to connect, data pipelines to stand up, and a few teams to keep pointed the same way. You'll run that queue, deciding what gets built first across our incoming clinics and carrying each one from signed to live. Sharpen the playbook as you go, and route recurring product gaps back to engineering.

## What they're looking for

- 3-6 years running technical or implementation projects, with complex ones shipped on schedule
- Enough fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations to reason about how systems connect. Writing the code isn't the job
- Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike
- Sound triage judgment: what to do now, what to defer, what to escalate
- Steady across a lot of simultaneous launches
